The about me pages of social sites always stump me. What do I write? What is it that people want to know?

On this site, I want to be more anonymous than I am on most social networking sites since I intend to be more personal. I guess the most important thing for you to know is that I am a mother. I have a 6-year-old son who is homeschooled. My son’s father is not in the picture and never has been however I am not alone in raising my son. I am pretty conservative politically but I believe in civil rights for all. I am always looking for ways to make my own things or make my own food, but I am not crazy about it. I still like to go to Longhorn and get myself a good steak now and then.

Overall, I am just a normal person living a normal life. I’ve had some bumps along the way, but who hasn’t. My journey to where I am now has not necessarily been an easy one. There have been hard times and it has sometimes taken me an army to get me through those times. But, such is life I suppose.
